Designed by Martin Brudnizki, the 163-bedroom Villa Kennedy in Frankfurt opened on March 1, 2006 and is the ultimate business hotel. The entrance, some public areas and most of the property's suites are housed in Villa Speyer, a family home that was constructed in 1904 and has now been beautifully updated. Three new wings have been built in sympathy with the Villa to create a tranquil inner courtyard.
Villa Kennedy has excellent meeting facilities, holding up to 270 people; a four-level spa, complete with swimming-pool and fully-equipped gym, the popular JFK Bar and Lounge, and Gusto restaurant.
