Hotel Europe is located in a beautiful 7-storey atrium-type building carried out in the Modern Style of the early XX century. The atrium with its galleries and 2 panoramic elevators culminates with a glass cupola.

On the lobby wall there is a massive panel-painting by renowned architect Valeriy Dovgalo. This unique 4-level painting has been carried out with a technique known as Florentine mosaic using such a modern material like smalt. The panel-painting depicts architectural places of interest from Uptown to National Library, city's green parks and gardens, which Minsk is known for. According to the plan of Minsk's Mayor Michail Pavlov, this colossal painting is to become one of city's new sightseeing attractions.

The rooms' areas even surpass the general standards of five-star hotels. All the floors are equipped with a warming system, even the lobby and the hallways. The Hotel provides underground parking, one of the first hotels in Belarus to do so.
